The Independent Inquiry relating to Afghanistan held two days of OPEN hearings at the Royal Courts of Justice. The Chair of the Inquiry, Lord Justice Haddon-Cave, heard evidence from the Rt Hon Johnny Mercer MP as part of the Concerns and Complaints Part One phase of work.
This phase relates to evidence regarding concerns and complaints expressed by UK Special Forces personnel about the activities of UK Special Forces in Afghanistan during the time period of mid-2010 to mid-2013, and the subsequent years that followed.
