The Inquiry will be holding a day of OPEN hearings at the Royal Courts of Justice.
When: 10:00am on Monday 23 September 2024 (Tuesday 24 September is being held as an overrun day).
Where: Court 73, The Royal Courts of Justice. Please note Court 70 will be available as a media annex where journalists may watch proceedings, subject to a 10-minute delay.
Agenda: The Inquiry will hear evidence from the former Secretary of State for Defence, the Rt Hon. Ben Wallace. This evidence follows on from the two days of OPEN hearings which took place in February 2024 as part of the “Complaints and Concerns” evidential phase.
