The Inquiry is holding an OPEN hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice. The Chair of the Inquiry, Lord Justice Charles Haddon-Cave, will hear evidence from Alan Pughsley QPM.
Mr Pughsley is an expert witness who has prepared a report for the Inquiry regarding the Royal Military Police investigation known as Operation Northmoor.
All media must comply with the Inquiry’s Restriction Order for each phase of hearings. Any information that is removed from the time-delayed feed and/or redacted in the transcript of proceedings must not be repeated, disclosed or duplicated to any third party.
The Chair has granted anonymity to a number of witnesses.
